Why do the earrings and necklace come together as a set instead of separately?
We pair the earrings with our necklaces as sets to provide the most value possible for our clients. Most retailers and
department stores will sell the necklace & earrings separately, charging more for each item separately. We pair the
earrings with the necklace so you receive them for almost free, getting the whole set for much less than if you were to
purchase each one separately.
Are the earrings safe for "sensitive ears?"
Most of our earrings are nickel free or contains minimal amounts of nickel but we do not track which earrings contain
minimal amounts. People with “sensitive ears” experience reactions to earrings which are caused by metal allergies,
most often nickel, and vary in intensity from mild to severe. If someone has a mild nickel allergy they may be able to
wear jewelry containing nickel for a day, whereas those with severe nickel allergies must avoid nickel jewelry altogether.
Whether or not the earrings will cause allergic reactions can only be determined by the person who is going to be wearing
the earrings and will vary from person to person.
Will my Bling It On jewelry tarnish & how can I keep it looking like new?
It is important to understand that tarnish is preventable and that over time, any jewelry- even precious metals like gold & silver, will tarnish as a
result of oxidation with other chemicals it comes into contact with, typically caused by things that we do or wear. Perfume, lotions, sweaty skin and
hair products can all cause your jewelry to begin to tarnish. If you take your jewelry off without wiping off the residue from these things, you are
contributing to the tarnish. When you add the fact that most people leave their jewelry sitting out, exposed to the air most of the time, tarnish becomes
inevitable.
We recommend that before you put any jewelry on, you should make sure your lotion and perfume has soaked into your skin and all hair products, especially
hairspray, should be applied. Periodically, take a few seconds to wipe it off with a soft jewelry cloth and store the jewelry in an airtight container,
such as a zip lock baggie, a cloth drawstring bag or an airtight jewelry box. The less air and light your jewelry is exposed to when you aren't wearing
it, the less tarnished it will become. Follow these steps and your jewelry will stay looking blingy and new.
If my jewelry does tarnish, what can I do?
If your jewelry begins to show signs of tarnish, simply wipe it clean with a silver cloth. Most cloths come in two parts: a cleaning cloth and a
polishing cloth. Bling It On recommends our Sparklecloth, a 2-part cloth dry cleaning system.
Use the inner cloth, containing precious metal cleaning agents and long lasting anti-tarnish barrier to clean your
jewelry and the outer cloth, containing polish to polish & buff your jewelry back to beautiful blingy-ness! What’s more, you can use your polish cloth
to clean silverware or any other pieces you have that need cleaning- not just jewelry! With just a few preventative measures, you can easily keep your
jewelry from becoming tarnished. The few seconds it takes to wipe it clean are well worth it in the end.
What material are the bags made from?
Our bags are made from faux leather- a synthetic polyurethane material that reproduces the look, feel and durability of genuine leather. Faux leather
offers added benefits that genuine leather does not, such as the ability to be easily washed & cared for, is low maintenance, and is not derived from
any animal products. It’s almost impossible to discern just by looking whether it is genuine or faux leather and even better, the faux leather on most
of our bags is soft to the touch like real deal, without all the negatives of genuine leather.
How would you describe the quality of your bags & jewelry?
Bling It On stands for all the women out there who are BOTH style and value conscious shoppers. It is our mission to
demonstrate that by removing excessive markups and middlemen, accessories that are both stylish and high in quality can
be made readily accessible to our clients at very reasonable prices. You won’t find a $600 designer monogrammed bag at
our store. Nor will you find $15 items that fall apart in a couple months. But if you came to shop for stylish &
reasonably priced accessories that are also well-made, then Bling It On is your one stop shop.
We take pride in being highly selective about the products we carry, only selecting products that are constructed of
quality-tested materials and hardware. Additionally we enforce a multi-checkpoint inspection on each item ensuring that
each piece meets our standards for a quality product before it leaves our warehouse. So though you won't be paying obscene
prices for our bags and jewelry, you can be assured that our products are held to a higher standard of quality.
Are your bags considered "knock-offs?"
No – Bling It On does not sell "knock-offs." The term "knock-offs" is generally used to collectively describe counterfeit
items that illegally bear the trademarked logos and/or brand names of popular designers. "Knock-offs" also describes
"exact replicas" that are marketed & sold under the guise that they are a genuine item produced by the designer. Bling
It On does not sell any of these types of items.
While some of our products may have design elements that are loosely inspired by designers, none of our products will ever
illegally bear the trademarked logos or brand names of any other designer brand. Any reference to a designer is simply for
consumer comparison purposes with respect to style & prices. We do not claim any affiliation or representation to any
designer that we mention on our website.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa & Mastercard. At this time we do not accept American Express or Discover. We will also accept giftcards
issued by Visa or Mastercard.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
No- Bling It On does not accept COD orders.
Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?
No, however, we do our best to keep our merchandise well stocked so that this does not happen on a frequent basis.
We will usually re-stock an item within 1-2 weeks so please feel free to check back. You may also inquire with us at
service@blingiton.net to check on an item’s availability.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming when your order has been placed and also when it has been shipped. From that point
on, you may use the UPS generated tracking URL to track the status of your order in realtime.
Can I change or cancel my order once I receive a notification that it has shipped?

to change or cancel your order. We may be able to assist you to cancel your order if it has not yet been received by UPS.

How is shipping calculated?
Bling It On offers the following methods of shipping via UPS:
- UPS Ground – A flat $6.99 shipping rate will be applied to orders under $100 when UPS Ground is chosen as a method of shipping.
- FREE ground shipping on ORDERS over $100
- UPS 3-Day Select- UPS real-time rates apply to orders of any amount when UPS 3-Day Select shipping is chosen.
- UPS 2nd day air- UPS real-time rates apply to orders when UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is chosen.
Please note that the real-time rate quoted for 3-Day Select and 2nd Day-Air shipping options at the time of sale is only
an estimate. The final shipping charge will vary based on factors such as package size, service additions to the shipment
& any applicable discounts. The final shipping charge along with your order total will not be applied to your credit card
until your order ships.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
No – at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All UPS ground orders will ship within 48 hours of the order being placed pending product availability & payment
verification. If expedited shipping is chosen, the order will be shipped the same day as the order was placed as long as
the order is placed by 12 pm pst. Please see the map below for estimated ground shipping charges.
How do I track the shipping status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive either a USPS or UPS tracking number URL that you can directly click
on to see the realtime status of your order.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Bling It On cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the UPS tracking system shows it was delivered.
In the event your package is lost, we can assist you with filing a claim with UPS. In order for a package to be
considered lost, the package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. A lost package
claim will not be able to be filed before then. If the claim is approved, we will place a new order and re-ship you the
same item(s) you originally ordered.

We offer a full 30-day exchange or refund policy from the day you receive your order.

For a refund, we will refund you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges upon
receipt of a returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

An exchange will be handled as two separate transactions. The first transaction will be to place the order for the
item that you would like in place of the original item. Please call us to place the order for your replacement item.
We will place the order for the item you would like and ship it to you free of charge. The second transaction will be
to return the original item you ordered. The customer is responsible for the shipping charge to return the original
item and we will credit the customer the full amount upon receipt of the returned item.
Bling It On reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is
determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.
What if I receive my merchandise damaged?
If you received an order with damaged merchandise, we apologize and will quickly rectify the situation for you.

How do I return my item?
For a return within 30 days, please fill out the returns form that was included with your original order and return
the item(s) along with the returns form to the return address below.
For an exchange within 30 days, please call us to place your replacement order. Then complete the returns form that was

When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received, Bling It On will process a credit back to your credit card and you will
receive an e-mail notification that a credit has been issued back to your credit card account.
