BlingItOn.net gathers navigational information during each visitor's use of our Web site. Usage of the navigational information we collect is limited to understanding and improving upon a visitor's experience at BlingItOn.net. Categories of personal information Blingiton.net may collect include name, address, e-mail address, recipient's name and e-mail address, order information, telephone number, mobile phone number, and credit card information. BlingItOn.net may ask you to provide personal information about yourself or someone to whom information is sent when you establish or update a BlingItOn.net account, sign up for Bling It On E-mail, enter a contest, participate in a survey, shop online or check the status of an order.
BlingItOn.net uses the personal information we collect from you to deliver products that you have ordered for yourself or a product recipient(s), to contact you or the product recipient(s) in the event of order or delivery difficulties, to fulfill requests or inquiries you have created, for verification purposes, to deliver services and information about our products, promotions and to add you to the BlingItOn E-mail list.
BLING IT ON E-MAIL
When you sign up for the Bling It On E-mail we will use your name, mailing address and e-mail address to send you updates for Bling It On products, promotions, events and general announcements. Bling It On E-mail allows you to receive exclusive information about special offers, events, new products and more. You may register to our mailing list by completing the "Join the BIO Society" window from the homepage with your e-mail address to receive these special messages. If at any time you would like to stop future delivery of Bling It On E-mail, please follow the removal instructions located at the bottom of each message or complete the Please Remove Me e-mail form. Asking to be removed from Bling It On E-mail will not prevent you from receiving e-mail communications relating to any online order you place at BlingItOn.net or other operational e-mail communications.
THIRD PARTY INFORMATION SHARING
BlingItOn.net uses third parties to help us provide operational services to you such as fulfilling orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity, maintaining our database, administering and monitoring e-mails and administering contests.
We do not share navigational or any of your personal information with third parties other than those required to complete operational services we provide to you solely to the thirs parties providing those operational services.
If you make a purchase through BlingItOn.net, the information you provide required to complete a transaction will be added to a database. The information in this database will never be used to share with third parties, other than our operational service providers.
Please be advised that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of Blingiton.net or the public.
In the event Bling It On sells or transfers all or a portion of its business assets, consumer information may be one of the business assets transferred as part of the transaction.
PRIVACY OF CHILDREN ON OUR WEB SITE
To ensure compliance with federal law, BlingItOn.net does not knowingly collect or maintain information provided by children under the age of 13.

SECURITY STATEMENT
BlingItOn.net’s uses a third party provider whose systems and procedures for processing your personal information meets the PCI Data Security Standard and includes the following types of security measures to protect your personal account information: Firewall configuration, Strong encryption & security protocols of cardholder data during transmission over networks, application of anti-virus to systems and implementation of strong access control measures. To guard your information, our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card number, name and address so only BlingItOn.net is able to decode your information. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information. We strongly advise that you do not use this as a means for sharing your credit card information in general.
While we implement the above security measures on BlingItOn.net, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.
